Instant Green Up

Our instant green up treatment is formulated for simple application, giving very reliable and swift green-up and it works across a wide range of turf and soil conditions and can be applied all year round.

When you want the lawn to look visually stunning - perhaps a garden event or party - this treatment provides a rapid visual green-up of turf without significantly stimulating growth. Iron is a key part of this treatment plus other additions to the mix.  This is because iron plays a crucial part in the synthesis of chlorophyll.

Iron does not move easily around the plant hence frequent applications may be required to correct iron deficiencies (chlorosis) experienced as paler or yellowing in younger leaves.

Iron also plays other important roles in the metabolism of the plant and contributes to the removal of toxic oxygen-radicals formed when the turf is subjected to stressful conditions. Supporting the plant’s ability to remove free radicals prevents further damage to tissues and maintains healthy growth.

Iron also contributes to the synthesis and maintenance of structural components in the plant and plays a role in the plants response mechanism to disease.
